The 500th Reason Why We Have to Solve Health Care Now
There are a ton of reasons why we have to solve health care immediately. The most important is of course that every second we don't solve it, it becomes more expensive to solve. Every day of the baby boomer generation that goes by without them contributing more to their retirement and Medicare, the less option we have to defray costs. I also think that if Disney promoted doing something about it, we might get something done.
However the number one reason that we have to do something now is this:
This is probably our last shot until it is an acute crisis.
Basically if Obama can't get it done now, no one will ever take on this issue again until the crisis is so severe that it will be debilitating. If we don't do something now, we won't until we can't. Let's show a little foresight and get this thing done.
